Refund policy
We know that finding the perfect fit can be challenging, and sometimes you don’t know what works for you until you try it on! That’s why we proudly offer returns for any reason - within 30 days of receipt of purchase - for 100% store credit.
Before making a purchase, we encourage you to review our Sizing Guide to ensure the best fit. However, if your item isn’t quite right, you can easily return it and receive store credit to find something that suits you better.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. If you have purchased swimwear, the sanitary lining must be unmoved and unused. No lotions, body oils, deodorant, or makeup stains on items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the Contact page will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise sent back to us that does not follow these guidelines.
Return Conditions:
1) The items must be in 'as-new' condition - unwashed, unworn and unused.
2) Each item must be neatly folded in its correct bag with the correct labels.
3) Your swimwear must have the tags attached, and hygiene liners remain on any bikini bottoms and one pieces you're returning.
5) Once you post your item back, it is your responsibility to check your tracking number to see when it arrives to us. We will not accept responsibility for lost or delayed items. If this is a concern, ensure you take insurance out on your return postage.
6) We do not accept items that have already been redeemed with Store Credit from a previous return.
7) Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the Contact page will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discount items, gift cards, or items purchased with store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange the item you have is process a return, and make a separate purchase using your store credit for the new item. Store credit will be added to your account once the item(s) has been received by us and meets the return conditions. (Scroll down to the Return Process section and review it in full. Once ready, reach out to us via the 'Contact' page to initiate your return.)
Cancellations
We do not offer cancellations - when you confirm payment, you are agreeing to commit to your purchase.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking number of the shipment is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to the shipping provider and request a refund if the items are not delivered when the tracking states otherwise.
Return Process
To start a return, please reach out to us via the 'Contact' page, and include what you would like to return and the reason for returning.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, we will inform you when we receive your item and if your return has been approved or not.
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost for returns back to Eleven18.
We require tracking for returns to be accepted. Non-tracked returns will not be eligible for a refund or exchange if lost in transit.
