Shipping policy
We’re proud to offer flat-rate shipping, ensuring rates remain stable and unaffected by market demand. Please note that during peak holiday periods, shipping times and costs may increase due to carrier surcharges and higher seasonal volume. Tracking will always be included.
*Due to the Canada Post Strike (effective September 25th, 2025), we will be using alternate carriers for both domestic and international shipping to ensure timely delivery.
CANADIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
*Free shipping on domestic orders over $150*
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed.
Allow 2-5 business days for standard shipping.
Allow 1-2 business days for express shipping.
U.S. SHIPPING:
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed.
Allow 2-8 business days for shipping.
*Due to recent changes in U.S. Customs regulations (effective August 29th, 2025), all orders shipped from Canada to the U.S. may now be subject to duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by U.S. Customs. These fees are calculated and collected at checkout, ensuring there are no unexpected charges upon delivery.
Eleven18 does not benefit from these fees - they are remitted directly to U.S. Customs through our shipping partners. Once your order has shipped, we have no control over customs processing times or additional inspections.
INTERNATIONAL (REST OF WORLD) SHIPPING:
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed.
Allow 4-15 business days for shipping.
*Shipping can be expensive (we wish it wasn’t!), but we work hard to provide the most competitive rates possible.
*For all international customers, please be aware that NOT ALL packages shipped internationally will make it through customs without duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

- Wrong address given by customers.
